Summer 2021 Positions
Group Counselor
Under the direct supervision of a Division Head, group counselors play a critical role in the delivery of camp activities. They are expected to engage campers and provide supervision of their respective groups (no more than 8 campers) at all times. Group counselors must be cooperative, flexible, consistent, and follow directions.

Under the direct supervision of their respective Teen Trip Leader, this position plays a critical role in the programming and development of our specialized teen camp programs. Staff are expected to be flexible, consistent, follow directions, and take initiative in helping colleagues and campers.

Waterfront Counselor / Lifeguard
Under the supervision of the Waterfront Director, plan and implement swim instruction and free-play water activities for male and female campers ages 5 to 17. Waterfront Counselor/Lifeguards are expected to engage campers and provide close water and beach front supervision at all times. They must also be flexible, follow directions carefully, and take initiative in helping colleagues and campers.

Kitchen Worker
Under the supervision of the Head Chef and Kitchen Supervisor, this position supports the daily nutritional needs for approximately 150 staff and 200 campers for breakfast, lunch, dinner, off-site meals, and evening snacks.
